MULTI TUBE
Eurovent® MULTI TUBE is a solvent-free universal adhesive, ideal for bonding vapor barrier films, roofing membranes. It offers excellent ageing resistance, flexibility and elongation. It accommodates structural movement, including at expansion joints, and can be plastered over and painted. Eurovent® MULTI TUBE has been certified by the Passive House Institute in airtightness class phA.

Application and Technical Data
Eurovent® MULTI TUBE is a solvent-free adhesive for bonding vapour control membranes, roof membranes and films indoors and outdoors, including at expansion joints. The adhesive is suitable for plastering and painting over. Min./max. application temperature: –10 ° C to + 40 ° C. Surfaces of glued elements should be clean, degreased and absorbent.
In the case of application on poorly bonded, dusty or fibrous surfaces, an appropriate priming agent must be used. The applied layer thickness should be approximately 6 to 8 mm. Before curing, the compound can be easily removed with water. After curing, residues of the general-purpose compound can be removed using cleaning agents by locally soaking the dried residue. If necessary, the procedure should be repeated until the intended result is achieved. Prior to this, it must be ensured that the surfaces from which the compound residues are removed are resistant to the action of the given cleaning agent. Application should be carried out in a well-ventilated area, and once the sealant has cured (approximately 12–24 hours), any odour should disappear.

To ensure maximum performance of MULTI TUBE, it is recommended to use it in combination with:

- Eurovent® sealing and adhesive tapes, which complement the performance of MULTI TUBE in areas requiring additional reinforcement and increased tightness,
- Eurovent® installation accessories, ensuring correct positioning and stability of structural elements sealed with MULTI TUBE.

How does MULTI TUBE differ from standard MULTI sealant?
Its basic function is similar, but MULTI TUBE is supplied in a tube designed for precise application along edges and joints.
What can it be used for?
For bonding vapour control membranes and films and creating flexible, airtight connections to structural elements.
Is it suitable for expansion joints?
Yes. The compound remains flexible and can accommodate minor movements of building elements.
Can it be applied in winter?
The application temperature ranges from approximately –10°C to +40°C, allowing work in colder conditions as well.
Can the joint be finished afterwards?
Yes. After drying, MULTI TUBE can be plastered over or painted.
