We collect personal data obtained during our cooperation with you, including in particular:
- first and last name
- e-mail address
- contact address
- telephone number
In the case of business entities, we may also process:
- company name
- VAT number (NIP)
- registered address
- bank account number
- data contained in accounting or contractual documents.
Purpose of Data Processing
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- conclusion and performance of contracts and provision of our services,
- handling inquiries and complaints,
- fulfilling legal obligations, including accounting and tax obligations,
- protection of the legitimate interests of Eurosystem Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., including the establishment or defence of legal claims,
- direct marketing of products and services of Eurosystem Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp. k.,
- sending commercial information, where separate consent has been granted.
Recipients of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with entities cooperating with Eurosystem Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., including:

- accounting and legal service providers

- marketing service providers

- the period required by applicable legal regulations,
- the period necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your personal data
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- request erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
- restrict the processing of personal data
- data portability
- object to the processing of personal data
- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
