WALL PROTECT
The Eurovent® WALL PROTECT is a single-layer, vapour-permeable windproof membrane. Made of a single layer of UV-resistant polypropylene nonwoven which ensures high vapour-permeability and windproofness. Protects fasade constructions against wind, rain andmoisture. The membrane is available in the SYSTEM SK2 with two self-adhesive tapes.

Application and technical data
Eurovent WALL PROTECT wind insulation membrane is used in frame construction asinsulation of frame and skeleton structures, as well as in log houses, residential buildings andindustrial halls. The product does not require any venting slot between the membrane and thermal insulation (mineral wool, fibreglass), which means that the membrane may come into direct contact with the insulation. The product should not be used on insulated sloping roofs, where the use of roof membranes is recommended.

In order to ensure maximum performance of WALL PROTECT, it should be used in combination with:
- Eurovent® sealing and adhesive tapes, which ensure tight bonding of overlaps and durable sealing of details in wall assemblies,
- Eurovent® vapour control membranes, which stabilise moisture conditions within the wall and cooperate with the WALL PROTECT wind barrier membrane,
- Eurovent® mounting accessories, enabling correct and load-resistant installation of the membrane on the wall structure,
- wall substructure components, which support maintaining continuity of the wind barrier layer and enable proper ventilation of the assembly.
The use of complete Eurovent® system solutions guarantees high wind-tightness, protection of the structure against wind penetration and moisture, and long-term durability of the entire wall assembly.
