VENTOS X FLAT PLUS R
The Eurovent® VENTOS X FLAT PLUS R roof-space vent is made of plastic. Its profiled cap prevents rainwater ingress. The base is designed for roofs covered with ROMAŃSKA, PODWÓJNA RZYMSKA, MECKLENBURGER, FINKENBERGER and ALPEN DACHSTEIN concrete roof tiles. Available in popular RAL colours.

Application and Technical Data
The Eurovent® VENTOS X FLAT PLUS R is used as a ventilation element for pitched roofs with a slope from 5° to 45°. It is designed to ventilate moist air from beneath the roof covering, ensuring proper air circulation and effective roof ventilation. The base of the vent is designed for installation on roofs covered with concrete roof tiles: ROMAŃSKA, PODWÓJNA RZYMSKA, MECKLENBURGER, FINKENBERGER, and ALPEN DACHSTEIN.

The 2021 technical data sheet covers the general VENTOS X FLAT series and other bases. It does not provide the PLUS R base dimensions (400 × 326 mm) and gives different roof pitch ranges: 5–45° in the description and 10–45° in the table. The range for the PLUS R version requires confirmation in current documentation.

To ensure maximum ventilation performance and tightness of roof connections, Eurovent® VENTOS X FLAT PLUS R should be used in combination with:

- Eurovent® roof access elements, facilitating safe service access to the ventilation chimney on the roof slope.

Is VENTOS X FLAT a terminal for room ventilation systems?
No. It is a roof-space vent intended to support ventilation of the roof space, rather than a typical terminal for a ventilation duct from a room.
When is a roof-space vent used?
Where the roof ventilation design provides additional air inlet or outlet points. Their number and arrangement should follow the roof construction.
Can FLAT replace proper eaves and ridge ventilation?
It should not be treated as an automatic substitute. It supplements the roof ventilation system.
Which roof pitch is suitable for FLAT?
Check the range in the current technical data sheet for the specific version, as available product materials may differ on this parameter.
Is the FLAT base selected in the same way as for VENTOS X?
Yes. The version must match the specific roof covering or an appropriately selected universal solution.
