Application and technical data
Eurovent® GEO GARDEN DUO is used as a horizontal insulation layer in inverted roof systems and green roofs, enabling effective drainage of excess rainwater during heavy rainfall. At the same time, the high studs act as retention reservoirs, supporting the storage of water necessary for plant growth.
The integrated filter fleece layer prevents soil particles from entering the embossed cavities, ensuring efficient and long-lasting performance of the drainage system.

In order to ensure maximum performance of GEO GARDEN DUO, it should be used in combination with:
- Eurovent® filtration geotextiles, which protect the drainage-retention layer against clogging and allow free water flow,
- Eurovent® garden and surface drainage systems, which discharge excess water and cooperate with the membrane in creating stable retention layers,
- sub-base layers and garden aggregates, which in combination with GEO GARDEN DUO increase subgrade stability under paths, terraces and recreational areas,
- Eurovent® vertical and horizontal insulation systems, when the membrane is used adjacent to buildings, where it additionally protects the structure against moisture and mechanical damage.
The use of complete Eurovent® system solutions guarantees effective water retention, high drainage efficiency, subgrade stabilisation and long-term protection of structures and green areas against excessive water saturation or drying out.
