ALUFIX
Single-sided tape made of polyethylene Eurovent® ALUFIX foil, aluminum coating and acrylic dispersion adhesive. Designed for sealing and repairing aluminum foils, aluminum-based or aluminum-coated construction materials.

Application and technical data
Eurovent® ALUFIX single-sided metalized tape designed for sealing and repairing vapour-insulation and vapour-permeable foils based on aluminum as well as metalized plastics or aluminum-coated. Recommended also for repairing all kinds of damages such as holes, cuts and installation punctures.

To ensure maximum performance of ALUFIX, it is recommended to use it as part of a complete roofing system together with:
- Eurovent® roof membranes (roof underlays / underdeck membranes), which protect the roof structure against moisture and provide a suitable substrate for durable bonding and sealing with ALUFIX,
- Eurovent® vapour control membranes (vapour barriers), where ALUFIX enables airtight bonding of overlaps and detailing areas requiring vapour-tight protection,
- Eurovent® sealing and adhesive tapes, reinforcing and complementing the performance of ALUFIX in areas requiring enhanced tightness,
- Eurovent® metal flashing elements, where ALUFIX serves as a flexible and durable seal between metal components and adjacent roofing layers.
The use of complete Eurovent® system solutions guarantees high joint durability, effective protection against moisture ingress and reliable long-term performance of the entire roof structure.
