AKTIVBAND SK2
The Eurovent® AKTIVBAND SK2 window vapour control tape is designed for the internal sealing of installation joints around windows, blinds and doors in the so-called “warm installation” system. It is made of a special nonwoven fabric combined with a vapour control film and is coated on one side across its entire width with a high-adhesion adhesive layer, facilitating application to the window frame or wall. The tape is additionally integrated with a 20 mm adhesive strip on the opposite side, which enables easy bonding to the window frame.

Application and technical data
The Eurovent® AKTIVBAND SK2 window tape is used in modern, passive, timber-frame and prefabricated construction, as well as in the renovation of existing buildings. It enables the installation of windows and doors in a way that ensures long-term airtightness. Designed for sealing internal joints within the building, it is dedicated to “warm installation” of windows and doors. The strong adhesive layer across the entire surface of the tape, along with a special additional self-adhesive strip, ensures quick and easy installation. It does not require the use of additional adhesive or substrate primer.
