AKTIV X 100
Eurovent® AKTIV X 100 is a four-layer synthetic vapour barrier membrane with an Sd value of approx. 100 m. Designed specifically for renovation projects, particularly in inverted roof systems. It forms an effective barrier against water vapour penetration from the inside of the building towards the attic, providing excellent protection of thermal insulation against condensation. Its four-layer synthetic structure ensures extreme tear resistance and enhanced UV resistance, ensuring reliable and secure installation as well as airtightness even under demanding conditions.
Available on request with two integrated self-adhesive tapes – SYSTEM SK2.

Application and technical data
It is used in residential and industrial construction as a vapour control layer, primarily during the renovation of habitable attics, especially in inverted roof systems. It effectively prevents the penetration of excess moisture from the interior into the thermal insulation. It protects structural timber against decay and ensures a healthy indoor climate. During installation, the use of Eurovent® adhesive tapes is mandatory (e.g. Eurovent® FAST or integrated adhesive strips – SYSTEM SK2).

In order to ensure maximum performance of the AKTIV X 100 roof membrane, it should be used in combination with:
- Eurovent® sealing and adhesive tapes, which increase the tightness of overlaps, penetration points and installation joints,
- Eurovent® ventilation accessories, supporting proper air circulation within the roof structure and reducing the risk of condensation,
- Eurovent® eaves system components, ensuring effective water drainage and proper air flow beneath the roof covering,
- Eurovent® ventilation chimneys, enabling effective moisture discharge and stabilisation of the microclimate within the roof space.
The use of complete Eurovent® system solutions guarantees full functionality of the membrane, its durability and long-term protection of the roof structure.
