MATT
The multifunctional Eurovent® MATT, a single-layer braid from polypropylene fibres forming an 8 mm high layer. It is recommended for sloping roofs under metal coverings made for standing seam, and in facades as a drainage for metal cladding. It is suitable for use in frame houses.

Application and technical data
Eurovent MATT multifunctional mat is used in the construction of ventilated, insulated, non-insulated and fully sarked sloping roofs as a separation and drainage layer for metal roofingmade for standing seam.It is also suitable for use in ventilated and non-ventilated metalfacades as a drainage and ventilation layer. Due to the use of polypropylene braided sleevingas a separating layerin the production process, a space has been achieved to ensure aircirculation and the possibility of draining water as well asmoisture from underneath themetal roofing or facade.

In order to ensure maximum performance of MATT, it should be used in combination with:
- Eurovent® roof and façade membranes, which form the wind barrier layer and protect the structure against moisture, and in combination with MATT ensure full separation and condensate drainage,
- Eurovent® sealing and adhesive tapes, which increase the tightness of connections in roof and façade detail areas,
- Eurovent® mounting accessories, enabling correct fixing of metal roof coverings and maintaining the ventilation space required for proper performance of the mat,
- Eurovent® eaves and ventilation components, which ensure effective air intake and exhaust in pitched roofs and proper operation of the drainage and ventilation system beneath the metal roofing.
The use of complete Eurovent® system solutions guarantees effective condensate drainage, proper ventilation of the metal roof covering and long-term protection of the roof and façade against corrosion and moisture.
