GEO MATT
Eurovent® GEO MATT is made of extruded individual polypropylene fibres stabilised against UV radiation. This multifunctional mat is designed for use on roofs under metal roofing, in metal façades and in geotechnical applications. Thanks to its three-dimensional structure, it functions as a separation, drainage, reinforcement and stabilisation layer.

Application and Technical Data
The Eurovent® GEO MATT separation and drainage mat is designed for geotechnical, road construction and land drainage applications. It is used as a separation, stabilisation and drainage layer and is recommended for embankments, slope reinforcement and protection of drainage ditches.
Thanks to its three-dimensional structure, the mat can be filled with granular material to 80–90% of its volume, significantly improving its ability to reinforce and stabilise the ground and reduce erosion.

For maximum performance, GEO MATT should be used in combination with:
- Eurovent® filtration geotextiles, which support separation, filtration and protection of soil layers and improve drainage efficiency,
- Eurovent® foundation membranes (e.g. GEO 8, GEO 20), which work together with the mat as part of drainage and protective systems used in damp-proofing applications,
- Eurovent® drainage and water management systems, which discharge ground and surface water and improve the performance of GEO MATT in embankments, slopes and drainage ditches,
- aggregates and sub-base layers, which, together with GEO MATT, create stable geotechnical structures and allow the mat to be filled with granular material to 80–90%.
Using complete Eurovent® system solutions ensures effective separation and filtration, high drainage performance, substrate stabilisation and long-term protection of structures against erosion and excessive moisture.
